These prices only include continent. Please contact us for pricing for islands and countries that are not included in the list. 

All orders are shipped out of Barcelona Monday through Friday. Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in transit.

Shipping time will depend od the shipping zone. Please bare in mind that these times do not include order processing which due to the nature of our small business may take 1-5 business days (the processing during the launch of the new collections may be longer than usual). 

International shipping rates do not include local taxes or duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mossaminimal.com clearly stating the following:

  1. Your Order Number, Your Full Name and Delivery Address
  2. The reason for requesting a return;

We will either accept and/or authorise (or provisionally authorise subject to inspection) or reject the return claim and assign a return number for further dealings. Upon return approval, the return handling process will be coordinated by us.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your packageItems sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We inform you that the return delivery costs are your responsibility.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If an item has already been dispatched it's unlikely that you will be able to cancel your delivery. In that case you may have to wait until it arrives and return it to get a refund

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
